2025 Car Free Day Results

Thank you to everyone who participated in MassCommute’s World Car-Free Day Challenge! Together, we made a real difference—saving 32,916 miles, 1,814 gallons of fuel, and more than $28,700 in costs, while reducing 16.1 tons of greenhouse gases. Every car-free trip—whether by bike, transit, carpool, shuttle, or on foot—helped reduce traffic and emissions.
