EMERGENCY RIDE HOME
Never Get Stranded
Registered participants can leave their car at home worry-free knowing that they have access to emergency rides through Lyft at no out of pocket cost to them. See program guidelines for more details.
About Emergency Ride Home
The Emergency Ride Home (ERH) Program is the commuter's insurance policy. Carpooling, vanpooling, biking, walking, or taking transit to work are all better for the environment than driving alone and help reduce traffic on roadways. But what happens when someone is at work without a car and needs to get home in an emergency? ERH participants can rest assured – they’ll never be left stranded.
Qualified participants can commute worry-free knowing that they will have access to emergency rides through Lyft at no out of pocket cost.
Participants receive complete instructions when they redeem the reward on GoMassCommute. Details about eligibility, what qualifies as an emergencs, and where the service covers are all included.
