(ERH) Reward
Emergency Ride Home (ERH) Reward is the commuter insurance policy. Carpooling, vanpooling, biking, walking, or taking transit to work are all better for the environment than driving alone and help reduce traffic on roadways. But what happens when someone is at work without a car and needs to get home in an emergency? ERH participants can rest assured—they’ll never be left stranded.
Qualified participants can commute worry-free, knowing that they will have access to emergency rides through Lyft at no out-of-pocket cost.
Participants receive complete instructions when they redeem the reward on the GoMassCommute platform. Details on eligibility, what qualifies as an emergency, and where the service covers are all included.

How It Works:
Visit GoMassCommute.com/Watertowntma and create an account.
Set up your profile, including your work and home address. Log at least one trip to become eligible for the ERH reward.
Redeem the reward and complete a brief survey with an explanation of why you need an emergency ride home. You will receive a Lyft code to be redeemed through your Lyft app.
