WATConnector - Pleasant Street Shuttle Service

The Watertown Connector (WATConnector) is a convenient, eco-friendly electric shuttle providing weekday service along Pleasant Street, with stops at Watertown Yard and Harvard Square during peak morning and evening commute hours. Bikes are welcome!

This shuttle service is free for employees and residents of WTMA partners (see list below) and available to the public for just $1 per ride each way with a $10 minimum purchase

Don't have a smartphone?

Watertown residents without access to a smartphone can purchase tickets  
at the City Clerk’s office for $1 per ride each way with a $10 minimum purchase

Download the Tripshot App

The Watertown Connector shuttle uses the Tripshot app to provide riders with schedules, real-time tracking, and boarding passes.

  1. Download the Tripshot app via the iOS App Store or  Google Play.

  2. Select “Watertown Connector” in the service name.

  3. Register for the shuttle service. Step-by-step directions will show in the app.

  4. Use Tripshot to get your boarding pass and use it every time you ride.

WATConnector - Arsenal Street Shuttle Service

The Arsenal Street Watertown Connector (WATConnector) is a private shuttle service, currently not open to the public, that provides transportation between Watertown and Harvard Square during morning and evening commute hours. The service is available to participating corporate and residential partners. Bikes are welcome!

Corporate Shuttle Service

The corporate route serves participating partners at 15-minute intervals, with service running both inbound and outbound to Harvard Square. A total of 13 trips are made, with two stops located at each end of the Arsenal on the Charles (AOTC) campus. 

Residential Shuttle Service

The residential route serves participating properties with six trips in each direction, operating at 30-minute intervals between Watertown and Harvard Square.
