As the Director of the Watertown Transportation Management Association (WTMA), Sophia leads member-driven commuter initiatives focused on reducing traffic congestion and lowering carbon emissions in the community. She partners with employers, developers, residents, and municipal stakeholders to design and deliver innovative programs that make it easier for people to choose transit, carpooling/vanpooling, biking, and walking. Leveraging a strong background in strategic operations and client relationship development, Sophia oversees WTMA’s strategic planning, day-to-day program operations and implementation, budget management, and member engagement.
